Return & Exchange Policy


Sleepy Mill allows for returns and exchanges if you've changed your mind about a product. All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subjected to a 14-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of an online order, subjecting to the following terms and conditions:

  • Your item must be in its original purchase condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
  • Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Sleepy Mill.

 

Met all the requirements?

You can contact our Customer Service Team at shopping_help@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your items upon receiving the package, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a specific product, we recommend you make a new purchase, and return the item you have just received. 

 

Refunds

  1. Contact our customer support, provide us with your package information and state your issues. 
  2. Provide defective item photos or videos to our customer support. 
  3. Send your package to our warehouse, and provide us with your tracking information. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your items, and let you know if the refund will be approved or not. 
  4. Once our customer support has approved your request, we will refund you within 3-7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
